TERMS OF ORDERING AND PAYMENT FOR GOODS

A distance contract and/or a contract concluded outside the business premises (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) may be concluded by KPA SUB and the Provider as an EXCLUSIVE BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE. Contracts on behalf of and for the account of a minor or a person with full business capacity may only be concluded by their legal representatives, or persons with partial business capacity may only conclude contracts with the consent of their legal representative. It is up to the consumer to put the desired items and their quantity in the shopping cart, complete the order, after which an INSERTED offer will be generated - Order for ordering. Customers, buyers and/or consumers in these terms of order and payment have the same meaning.

DELIVERY

The service must be paid for before delivery. Delivery time begins with receipt of payment to the KPA SUB bank account. We do not deliver the service based on the confirmation of payment, but only after the payment is visible in our bank account. When paying in Croatian commercial banks, it is usually the next working day, and in most cases two working days from the day of payment, and when paying in branches of the Croatian Post, at least two working days from the payment.

For payments from abroad, it is two to three days. If you want to receive your shipment as soon as possible, please provide the correct payment information on your electronic payment, credit card or general payment and make sure you have entered a valid authorization number reference as this can significantly affect the speed of delivery and make the payment at your bank by 12:00. For all payments received by 12:00 and visible in our account, delivery is within 24 hours. For all payments received after 12:00, shipping begins the next business day at the earliest.

The service is delivered exclusively electronically.

All customer data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who are required to do so. All authorized members of KPA SUB and business partners are responsible for respecting privacy principles.

RETURN OF GOODS / ADVERTISING

All types of fishing licenses or recreational fishing licenses are considered to be the purchase of "consumer made goods" which means unsecured goods made based on the individual choice or decision of the consumer. This means that when purchasing any type of license for sport or recreational fishing at sea, the exemption from the consumer's right of withdrawal is regulated by DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights and can be viewed on the official languages of EU member states - link.

In accordance with the above-mentioned DIRECTIVE 2011/83 for all types of fishing licenses, there is no authority to unilaterally terminate the contract without explanation within 14 days from the day of delivery of the service. The cost of the complaint is borne by the customer if, when selecting and purchasing goods, he ordered the wrong service in any option or category, and in the specified service description.

In case of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act according to GUIDELINES 2011/83 for all types of fishing licenses and according to the Law on Consumer Protection and/or the provisions of the Law on Obligations. It is not possible to refund the funds paid for all types of fishing licenses.

KPA SUB allows all customers to direct all inquiries, disputes and complaints to the above address or to the e-mail address kpasub@gmail.com in order to receive information about the method, possibilities and deadlines for returning goods by KPA SUB. Verbal and telephone remarks and complaints related to the return of goods will not be accepted.

RIGHT TO TERMINATION OF CONTRACT/ORDER AND PAYMENT

The right to unilateral termination of the contract

In accordance with the consumer's right of withdrawal regulated by DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of October 25, 2011, the consumer cannot unilaterally terminate this contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or after delivery of the goods. The right to unilaterally terminate the contract does not begin to run from the day of delivery.

Payment

KPA SUB delivers its services only after the service has been paid for. Website https://sub.hr is a platform through which permits can be ordered and does not work as a so-called "web shop". When ordering a service, there is no charge, but the customer is sent an offer with all the specified service items. The service is delivered in digital form, a commission may be paid to KPA SUB for the delivery service, which includes bank transaction costs, PayPal fees and more. The customer or buyer pays the fees specified in the offer or invoice. The customer can cancel the offer and is not obligated to pay for the order. After the service is paid and visible on our transaction account, KPA SUB delivers the service to the customer that he paid for and accepted according to the previously submitted offer. KPA SUB reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the service with the obligation to refund the amount paid for the service.
