TERMS OF ORDERING AND PAYMENT FOR GOODS
A long-distance contract and/or a contract concluded outside the Business Premises (hereinafter: Contract) may be concluded by KPA SUB and the Provider as an EXCLUSIVE BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE. Only their legal representatives can enter into contracts in the name and on behalf of a minor or a completely legally incompetent person, that is, persons with partially legal capacity can enter into contracts only with the consent of their legal representative. It is up to the consumer to put the desired items and their quantity in the shopping cart, complete the order, after which the INSERTED offer will be generated - Order for ordering. Buyers and/or consumers have the same meaning in these terms of purchase.

DELIVERY
The service must be paid for before delivery. Delivery time begins with receipt of payment to the KPA SUB bank account. We do not deliver the service based on the confirmation of payment, but only after the payment is visible in our bank account. When paying in Croatian commercial banks, it is usually the next working day, and in most cases two working days from the day of payment, and when paying in branches of the Croatian Post, at least two working days from the payment.
For payments from abroad, it is three to seven days. If you want to receive your shipment as soon as possible, please provide the correct payment details on your electronic payment, credit card or general payment and make sure you have entered a valid call to authorization number as this can significantly affect the speed of delivery and make a payment to your bank by 12.00 hours. For all payments received by 12:00, and visible on our account, delivery is within 24 hours. For all payments received after 12:00 p.m., shipping begins on the next business day at the earliest.
The service is delivered exclusively electronically.

RETURN OF GOODS / ADVERTISING
All types of fishing licenses or recreational fishing licenses are considered to be the purchase of "consumer made goods" which means unsecured goods made based on the individual choice or decision of the consumer. This means that when purchasing any type of license for sport or recreational fishing at sea, the exemption from the consumer's right of withdrawal is regulated by DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights and can be viewed on the official languages of EU member states - link.
In accordance with the above-mentioned DIRECTIVE 2011/83 for all types of fishing licenses, there is no authority to unilaterally terminate the contract without explanation within 14 days from the day of delivery of the service. The cost of the complaint is borne by the customer if, when selecting and purchasing goods, he ordered the wrong service in any option or category, and in the specified service description.
In case of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act according to GUIDELINES 2011/83 for all types of fishing licenses and according to the Law on Consumer Protection and/or according to the provisions of the Law on Obligations. It is not possible to refund the funds paid for all types of fishing licenses if you want to return them.
KPA SUB allows all customers to direct all inquiries, disputes and complaints to the above address or to the e-mail address kpasub@gmail.com in order to receive information on the method, possibilities and deadlines for returning goods by KPA. THE FLOOR. Verbal and telephone remarks and complaints related to the return of goods will not be accepted.

The right to unilateral termination of the contract
In accordance with the consumer's right of withdrawal regulated by DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of October 25, 2011, the consumer cannot unilaterally terminate this contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or after delivery of the goods. The right to unilaterally terminate the contract does not begin to run from the day of delivery.
Prepayment prevention
During the one-time termination period, it is prohibited to demand any advance payment from the consumer. The prohibition applies to any compensation, including payment, guarantees, money order, express acknowledgment of debt, etc. This prohibition applies not only to payments to merchants, but also to third parties.
