CONDITIONS OF BUYING GOODS

The Contract on Distance and/or the Agreement concluded outside the Business Premises (hereinafter: Contract) and the KPA SUB Provider can be concluded by EXCLUSIVE BUSINESS OPERATORS. Contracts on behalf of and for the account of a minor or completely incompetent person can only be concluded by their legal representatives, ie partially capable persons can contract only with the consent of their legal representative. It is up to the consumer to put the desired items and their quantities in the cart, finish the order after which will generate the INSERTED Bid – the Ordering Order. Buyers and/or consumers in these purchase conditions have the same meaning.

DELIVERY

Before delivery, the service must be paid. Delivery time starts with receipt of payment to the KPA SUB bank account. We do not deliver the service on the basis of payment confirmation, but only after the payment is visible on our bank account. When paying in Croatian business banks, this is most often the following working day and in most cases two working days from the day of payment and when paid in the branch offices of the Croatian Post Office, at least two working days after the payment.

For payments from abroad, it is three to seven days. If you would like to receive your shipment as soon as possible, please provide correct payment details on your electronic payment, credit card or general payment, and make sure you enter a valid call to the approval number as it may significantly affect the delivery speed and make the payment at your bank before 12.00. For all payments received before 12.00 am and are visible in our account, delivery service runs within 24 hours. For all payments received after 12.00 hours, the shipment starts at the earliest next business day.

The delivery of the service is exclusively by electronic means.

RETURN OF GOODS / ADVERTISING

All types of fishing or recreational fishing licenses are considered to be purchases of “goods made to consumer specifications” means non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer. This means that when purchasing any kind of licenses for sport or recreational fishing at sea, an exemption from the consumer’s right of withdrawal is governed by the DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25. October 2011. on consumer rights and can be viewed in the official languages of the EU Member States – link.

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act you are authorized to terminate the contract unilaterally by not giving reasons for this within 14 days from the date of delivery of the service. The cost of the complaint is borne by the customer if he or she has commissioned the wrong service in any option or category, and the specified service description when selecting and purchasing the goods.

In the event of a unilateral termination of the contract, we will act according to the Consumer Protection Act and/or in accordance with the provisions of the Mandatory Obligations Act. Returns paid will be made to you once the service/goods are returned. Returns must be made without delay, and within 14 days from the day, you have notified us or delivered the Single Term Contract Form.

The buyer is according to Art. Article 77, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act shall bear the direct costs of reimbursement of goods if they exercise their right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

KPA SUB enables all customers to send all inquiries, disputes, and complaints to the above-mentioned address or to the mail address [email protected] in order to obtain information on the manner, capabilities, and terms of return of goods by the KPA SUB. Oral and telephone remarks and complaints regarding the return of goods will be disregarded.

In accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is responsible for any impairment of the purchased goods resulting from the handling of the purchased goods.

Notice of the status of the returned service and the amount of the refund will be received by the buyer within 10 days by mail. Customer refunds will be made at the latest within 5 days from the date of making the notice to the buyer.

STANDARD INFORMATION SCHEDULE FOR SINGLE CONTRACT AWARDS

Right to one-sided termination of the contract

The consumer may, unmodified reasons, terminate this contract unilaterally within 14 days of the date of the conclusion of the contract or upon delivery of the goods. The right to a one-sided termination of the contract begins to run from the date of delivery, ie the date for the personal takeover of the shipment. The one-off termination period begins to run from the handover of the goods in possession and delivery of this form to the one-off termination contract and expires after 14 days. In order to obtain the right to one-sided termination, the consumer must submit to the KPA SUB in writing the above-mentioned Notification of Unilateral Termination of Contract stating that he terminates the contract. The notice must be written on a durable medium and contain all the information required below. and can be delivered as a letter sent by mail or by e-mail to [email protected] If a consumer uses his right to a one-sided termination, he will not be liable for the costs incurred.

Pre-Payment Prevention

During a one-term termination term, it is forbidden to require any prepay by the consumer. The prohibition refers to any compensation, including payment, warranties, money order, explicit acknowledgment of debt, etc. This ban applies not only to merchant payment but to third parties.

 

WASTE DISCHARGE

KPA SUB provides a service that does not contain EE waste.
